The University has been established by Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh vide the AUS Act 2012 (No. 9 of 2012) and published in extraordinary official gazette of Arunachal Pradesh on dated the May 30th, 2012.
Apex Professional University was established in 2013 and gives Choice Based Credit System delivering freedom to the students to choose his/her voluntary courses.
